EL BANCAL

El Bancal is a small complex owned by a Spanish family. It is very private and set in a lovely valley on the edge of the village of Bayacas, which has a history going back to when the Moors were in the South of Spain.
El Bancal consists of 3 charming self-catering casitas set in the beautiful private grounds of a Spanish owned house with roof terrace and small swimming pool, shower rooms and laundry room, plus a large pool which is available in the summer months of June, July August and September.
There is also a large room with fireplace and television where groups or families can be together. The views from the property down to the coast are spectacular and there is easy access to the mountain villages and the Sierra Nevada National Park.
Bayacas is a small village set in a valley at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It is only 40 minutes from the Costa Tropical, where there are lovely beaches and recreation areas.
Outside
El Bancal is totally enclosed with private gardens, there is a small swimming pool on the roof terrace and a larger pool which is available in the summer months, both with lovely veiws of the mountains and surrounding countryside. There are private patios for each casita, barbecues and garden furniture.
The garden is safe for children, and there is enclosed private parking.
The Casitas are all on one level except for the communal laundry room, roof terrace and pools.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Changeover days
Changeover days are any day of the week, this helps you to find cheaper flights.
Clients arriving can access the cortijo at 14.00pm. Clients leaving must vacate by 10.00am.

EL BANCAL is 10 minutes by car from the market town of Orgiva, an easy two hours from Malaga Airport, 50 minutes from Granada and 40 minutes from the coast.
This lovely conplex is owned by a Spanish family, and I, Malcolm de Ste Croix with my colleague, Inma Hidalgo, manage this property for them. On your arrival in Bayacas you will be met by one of us and shown to your casita. We will also give you any local information you may require to help you enjoy your holiday.
